Know your voting method
Decide now whether you are voting early, on Election Day, or by absentee ballot if you qualify. Locking that in early prevents most turnout drop-off.

After you check the official information, go back and save your vote plan so the campaign can remind you at the right time.

Make the plan specific enough that you actually follow through.
Decide the day, part of the day, and whether someone is going with you. “I’ll vote sometime” is not a plan. “I’m going early Saturday morning with my neighbor” is.
